How to Order

- Add to cart and choose collection or delivery at checkout.
Please upload one PDF file per order. Check your PDF carefully before uploading to make sure the page order, orientation and content are correct.
Printing Options
- Professional A4 black & white PDF printing
- Single-sided or double-sided printing
- 100gsm premium white smooth paper
- 100gsm Eco recycled white paper
- 100gsm ivory cream paper
Any full colour pages in the uploaded PDF will print in grayscale. Print is scaled to fit A4 sheet with a white margin around the page.
Binding Options
a) None binding option will be left as loose sheets.
b) Top left Corner Staple up to 24 single sided sheets (24 pages) or 24 double sided sheets (48 pages).
c) Booklet Staple with two staples along the folded spine up to 24 double sided sheets (48 pages). Booklets are automatically printed in multiples of 4 pages, so blank pages will be added to the end of your document to round up the page count.
d) Wiro binding up to 200 single sided sheets (200 pages) or 200 double sided sheets (400 pages). If the page count is higher, we will have to wiro bind your document in two sections. We put a clear acetate front cover and a choice of back cover colours and you can also choose either white or black wire.
e) Thermal binding up to 150 single sided sheets (150 pages) or 150 double sided sheets (300 pages). If the page count is higher, we will have to bind your document in two sections. Clear acetate front cover and white spine/back cover on thermal bound documents as standard.
Turnaround & Delivery
Production: normally one working day for collection.
Galway: collect from our Galway City Centre print shop.
Nationwide: delivery throughout Ireland is available. Orders for delivery are normally dispatched one working day after ordering and tracking is sent by email.

What file format should I upload?
PDF is recommended because it preserves page layout, fonts and formatting.
Can I print double-sided?
Yes. Choose single-sided or double-sided printing when configuring your order.
Can I have my document bound?
Yes. Available finishing options include stapling, wire binding and thermal binding.
Is colour printing available?
This product is for black & white document printing. For colour documents, choose our colour document printing option from the Document Centre.
