Ireland and Northern Ireland:
Order price under €49 – delivery charge is €5.
Order price over €49 – delivery is Free.
United Kingdom:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €15.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.
All other EU Countries:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €20.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.
USA:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €25.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.
Rest of World:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €25.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.
Shipping Information
Estimated postal delivery times are as follows:
Ireland: Please allow one to two working days after despatch. We use DPD and An Post to deliver nationwide so it’s recommended that you use a mobile number so they can arrange a suitable delivery time for you.
United Kingdom: Please allow three to five working days after despatch
All other EU Countries: Please allow five to ten working days after despatch.
USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: Please allow ten+ working days after despatch.
Rest of World: Please allow seven to twenty working days, varies according to destination.
The above delivery times are ESTIMATED and delays can occur after despatch, which are out of our control (e.g. customs delays, weather conditions, etc). Please add 3-4 working days to the above estimates during the festive season.
If you have not received your parcel in this time, please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. Should they not have your parcel, please contact us at sales@jaycee.ie
We advise that you ensure that someone is onsite to accept delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any P.O. boxes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

TAX:
VAT at 23% is included in the final price for orders delivered to an address within the European Union (EU). If you ship to an address outside the EU, sales tax will be deducted at checkout.
For international orders, shipping costs shown on your order do not include any duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside Ireland. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of Jaycee.
OTHER CHARGES:
Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office (if shipping to a non-EU address) to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.
