The A5 4 page option is automatically printed on 200gsm light card. You can choose from either classic white or classic cream card.

The A5 8 page, A5 12 page and A5 16 page options are all printed on the 120gsm paper. You can choose from either classic white or classic cream paper. Our prices include print, crease, fold, staple and packing.

Design Options
You can (1) leave the design layout to Jaycee or (2) personalise the design yourself with our Free Canva template or (3) supply your own print ready pdf file.

(1) DESIGN BY JAYCEE - Upload any necessary images, documents and let our graphic designers do the work for you. If you have any specific requirements, please use the 'Additional Information' box and we will endeavour to meet your request. Note that design by Jaycee will add an extra day to your deadline.

(2) DESIGN IN CANVA - To personalise the booklet with our predesigned Canva Template, click here. Just upload your design when finished using the orange 'Upload file' button before adding to cart or email it to sales@jaycee at a later time after you have put through your order.

(3) SUPPLY PRINT READY - Just upload your design in pdf format when finished using the orange 'Upload file' button before adding to cart or email it to sales@jaycee at a later time after you have put through your order.

Ordering Process
Select your quantity, upload the relevant files, then add to cart and pay at the online checkout. Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Production Process
(1) If we are designing for you, then we will create a proof which will be emailed to you within 1 working day. You can request changes to your proof by return email and we will email a revised proof to you. Orders will not be sent to print until the artwork has been approved by you.

(2) If you are uploading the Canva design along with your order, then your order automatically enters the production process so changes cannot be made.  Printing normally takes 1 working day.

(3) If you are uploading your own print ready pdf design along with your order, then your order automatically enters the production process so changes cannot be made. Printing normally takes 1 working day.

Delivery or Collection
We use An Post for nationwide delivery and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with tracking details to let you know that your order is on its way. Alternatively, you can collect directly from our Abbeygate Street, Galway store. Thank you for your custom.

 

Delivery Rates

Ireland and Northern Ireland:
Order price under €49 – delivery charge is €5.
Order price over €49 – delivery is Free.

United Kingdom:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €15.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

All other EU Countries:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €20.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

USA:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €25.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

Rest of World:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €25.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

Shipping Information
Estimated postal delivery times are as follows:

Ireland: Please allow one to two working days after despatch. We use DPD and An Post to deliver nationwide so it’s recommended that you use a mobile number so they can arrange a suitable delivery time for you.

United Kingdom: Please allow three to five working days after despatch

All other EU Countries: Please allow five to ten working days after despatch.

USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: Please allow ten+ working days after despatch.

Rest of World: Please allow seven to twenty working days, varies according to destination.

The above delivery times are ESTIMATED and delays can occur after despatch, which are out of our control (e.g. customs delays, weather conditions, etc). Please add 3-4 working days to the above estimates during the festive season.

If you have not received your parcel in this time, please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. Should they not have your parcel, please contact us at sales@jaycee.ie

We advise that you ensure that someone is onsite to accept delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any P.O. boxes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

TAX:
VAT at 23% is included in the final price for orders delivered to an address within the European Union (EU). If you ship to an address outside the EU, sales tax will be deducted at checkout.

For international orders, shipping costs shown on your order do not include any duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside Ireland. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of Jaycee. 

OTHER CHARGES:
Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office (if shipping to a non-EU address) to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.
