A5 Mixed Colour & B&W Document Printing & Binding

Upload one PDF containing both colour and black & white pages, then choose single- or double-sided printing and your binding option.

This service is designed for A5 PDFs where only some pages need colour. All pages are printed on good-quality 100gsm white paper and are normally scaled to fit, leaving a white margin around the page.

How to Order

  1. Choose single- or double-sided printing.
  2. Select your binding option.
  3. Upload your print-ready PDF.
  4. Add any special instructions.
  5. Add to cart and complete checkout.

Keep the page count as the number of pages in your PDF. A 100-page PDF is still 100 pages whether printed single or double sided.

Binding Options

  • Loose sheets – no binding.
  • Corner staple – up to approximately 25 sheets.
  • Booklet staple – up to 48 pages; booklet files are produced in multiples of 4 pages.
  • Wire binding – up to approximately 200 sheets, with clear acetate front cover and black card back cover.
  • Thermal binding – up to approximately 150 sheets, with clear acetate front cover and white spine/back cover.

Larger documents may need to be split into separate volumes depending on the selected binding method.

Turnaround, Collection & Delivery

Turnaround: normally 1–2 working days.

Collection: Galway City Centre.

Delivery: nationwide delivery available throughout Ireland.

Yes. Choose single- or double-sided printing when configuring your order.

Is there a minimum processing fee?
Yes. Every Document Centre order is subject to a €2.00 minimum processing fee.

 

Delivery Rates

Ireland and Northern Ireland:
Order price under €49 – delivery charge is €5.
Order price over €49 – delivery is Free.

United Kingdom:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €15.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

All other EU Countries:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €20.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

USA:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €25.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

Rest of World:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €25.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

Shipping Information
Estimated postal delivery times are as follows:

Ireland: Please allow one to two working days after despatch. We use DPD and An Post to deliver nationwide so it’s recommended that you use a mobile number so they can arrange a suitable delivery time for you.

United Kingdom: Please allow three to five working days after despatch

All other EU Countries: Please allow five to ten working days after despatch.

USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: Please allow ten+ working days after despatch.

Rest of World: Please allow seven to twenty working days, varies according to destination.

The above delivery times are ESTIMATED and delays can occur after despatch, which are out of our control (e.g. customs delays, weather conditions, etc). Please add 3-4 working days to the above estimates during the festive season.

If you have not received your parcel in this time, please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. Should they not have your parcel, please contact us at sales@jaycee.ie

We advise that you ensure that someone is onsite to accept delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any P.O. boxes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

VAT at 23% is included in the final price for orders delivered to an address within the European Union (EU). If you ship to an address outside the EU, sales tax will be deducted at checkout.
