This product is for loose A5 black & white prints. It does not include binding.

Is there a minimum processing fee?
Yes. Every order is subject to a €2.00 minimum processing fee.

Can I print colour files?
This product prints in black ink / grayscale. Use the A5 Colour Prints product for full-colour printing.

Can you fold my prints?
Yes. Choose flat, half-fold or tri-fold when ordering.

Can you laminate A5 prints?
Yes. Choose from the lamination options shown for your selected stock.

Does this product include binding?
No. This service is for loose or folded A5 prints. Use the A5 Document Printing & Binding product if you need stapling or wire binding.

What file format should I upload?
Please upload a print-ready PDF and check the page order, orientation and content before submitting your order.

Ireland and Northern Ireland:
Order price under €49 – delivery charge is €5.
Order price over €49 – delivery is Free.

United Kingdom:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €15.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

All other EU Countries:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €20.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

USA:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €25.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

Rest of World:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €25.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

Shipping Information
Estimated postal delivery times are as follows:

Ireland: Please allow one to two working days after despatch. We use DPD and An Post to deliver nationwide so it’s recommended that you use a mobile number so they can arrange a suitable delivery time for you.

United Kingdom: Please allow three to five working days after despatch

All other EU Countries: Please allow five to ten working days after despatch.

USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: Please allow ten+ working days after despatch.

Rest of World: Please allow seven to twenty working days, varies according to destination.

The above delivery times are ESTIMATED and delays can occur after despatch, which are out of our control (e.g. customs delays, weather conditions, etc). Please add 3-4 working days to the above estimates during the festive season.

If you have not received your parcel in this time, please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. Should they not have your parcel, please contact us at sales@jaycee.ie

We advise that you ensure that someone is onsite to accept delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any P.O. boxes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
