Description

A3 Colour Documents with Binding options.

1. This is for printing Full Colour A3 (297x420mm) documents. All pages will be charged as colour pages and printed on good quality 100gsm white wove paper. All documents are automatically printed as 'Scale to Fit' meaning that there will be a white margin all around the edge of the A3 paper.

2. Choose either single sided or double sided printing. Please don't change your page count. For example, a 100 page document can print either as 100 single sided or 50 double sided sheets but the page count is still 100.

3. Choose your binding options as follows -

a) None binding option will be left as loose sheets.

b) Top Left Corner Staple up to 50 single sided sheets (50 pages) or 50 double sided sheets (100 pages).

c) Top Right Corner Staple up to 50 single sided sheets (50 pages) or 50 double sided sheets (100 pages).

d) Wiro binding up to 200 single sided sheets (200 pages) or 200 double sided sheets (400 pages) on the short left hand side. If the page count is higher, we will have to wiro bind your document in two sections. We put a clear acetate front cover and black card back cover on all wiro bound documents as standard.

4. Every order is subject to a processing fee of €2.00.

ARTWORK FILE INSTRUCTIONS -

Please use the 'File Upload' button to send us your print ready PDF file(s). Documents must be in PDF format. You can convert non pdf files on the following website - www.convert-jpg-to-pdf.net, free of charge. Always double check your pdf for accuracy before sending to us.

NB - You can also send files separately after ordering to sales@jaycee.ie referencing your online order.  If the file(s) is large or you need another send option, please use the free file transfer service www.wetransfer.com and email to sales@jaycee.ie referencing your online order.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Select your ordering options, upload your file(s) and pay at the online checkout. Prices include VAT @ 23%. 

2. Once we receive your online order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Printing normally takes 1-2 working days for completion but please contact us if you have a specific time sensitive deadline.

4. You will receive a notification that your order is either ready for collection or pending delivery. We send orders by An Post which normally takes 1-2 working days.

Delivery Rates

Ireland and Northern Ireland:
Order price under €49 – delivery charge is €5.
Order price over €49 – delivery is Free.

United Kingdom:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €15.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

All other EU Countries:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €20.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

USA:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €25.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

Rest of World:
Orders price under €80 – delivery charge is €25.
Order price over €80 – delivery is Free.

Shipping Information
Estimated postal delivery times are as follows:

Ireland: Please allow one to two working days after despatch. We use DPD and An Post to deliver nationwide so it’s recommended that you use a mobile number so they can arrange a suitable delivery time for you.

United Kingdom: Please allow three to five working days after despatch

All other EU Countries: Please allow five to ten working days after despatch.

USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: Please allow ten+ working days after despatch.

Rest of World: Please allow seven to twenty working days, varies according to destination.

The above delivery times are ESTIMATED and delays can occur after despatch, which are out of our control (e.g. customs delays, weather conditions, etc). Please add 3-4 working days to the above estimates during the festive season.

If you have not received your parcel in this time, please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. Should they not have your parcel, please contact us at sales@jaycee.ie

We advise that you ensure that someone is onsite to accept delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to any P.O. boxes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

TAX:
VAT at 23% is included in the final price for orders delivered to an address within the European Union (EU). If you ship to an address outside the EU, sales tax will be deducted at checkout.

For international orders, shipping costs shown on your order do not include any duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside Ireland. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of Jaycee. 

OTHER CHARGES:
Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office (if shipping to a non-EU address) to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.
